the school rule
before graduation no wallet may hold more than 2% of supply. a buy that would cross the line gets bounced. whales can still come — they just swim in minnow-sized.
after the pool
post-graduation the cap lifts and the market is the market. the cap shapes the start, not the ending — and we will never pretend otherwise.

the cap is per-wallet, not per-person — sybils exist, we know, and splitting into 50 wallets costs effort and fees. the cap raises the price of being a whale; it cannot make whales extinct. honest version of the pitch, the only one we sell.
why small caps need this: in a thin stock one buyer IS the move. a pad that pairs coins with small caps and lets one wallet stack 40% of the coin has built a two-sided rug. we'd rather bounce the buy.

two things have to exist before this pad does: issuers actually tokenizing small-cap stocks (today they tokenize the S&P and stop), and a cap program enforced on-chain, because a 2% rule in the interface is a suggestion. neither exists. every ticker on this page is fictional and every figure is fake — the honest kind of fake, labeled.
